John 2:19-22 (Cepher)

19 Yahusha answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. 20 Then said the Yahudiym, Forty and six years was this Temple in building, and will you rear it up in three days? 21 But he spoke of the temple of his body. 22 When therefore he was risen from the dead, his Talmidiym remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the Scripture, and the word which Yahusha had said.

Yahusha understood something that everyone else did not, that Yahauh never desired to dwell in a temple made with mans hands.

Acts 17:24 (Cepher)

24 Elohiym that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Yah of heaven and earth, dwells not in temples made with hands;

His original design was to dwell in a temple made by Him, in His image!

Genesis 1:26-27 (Cepher)

26 And Elohiym said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth. 27 So Elohiym created man in his own image, in the image of Elohiym created he him; male and female created he them.

Genesis 2:7 (Cepher)

7 And Yahuah Elohiym formed the man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and the man became a living soul.

So we see clearly the breath of Yahuah gave the dust of the earth a living soul.

The original design, Yahuahs breath, the Ruach Ha’Qodesh in man, which gives the soul life.

Now, lets look at what Paul says in 1 Corinthians 3:16-17;

1 Corinthians 3:16-17 (Cepher)

16 Know ye not that ye are the Temple of Elohiym, and that the Ruach Elohiym dwells in you? 17 If any man defile the Temple of Elohiym, him shall Elohiym destroy; for the Temple of Elohiym is holy, which Temple ye are.

Paul says if any man defile the Temple of Elohiym, him shall Elohiym destroy.

The question is, what does it mean to be undefiled?

Psalms 119:1-8 (Cepher)

1 Aleph BLESSED are the undefiled in the Way, who walk in the Torah of Yahuah. 2 Blessed are they that guard his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart. 3 They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways. 4 You have commanded us to guard your precepts diligently. 5 O that my ways were directed to guard your statutes! 6 Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all your commandments. 7 I will praise you with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned your righteous judgments. 8 I will guard your statutes: O forsake me not utterly.

To be undefiled means to Walk in the Way, The Torah of Yahuah!

Yahuahs ways are perfect, and walking in them keeps us undefiled!

If we look in Deuteronomy

Deuteronomy 4:5-9 (Cepher)

5 Behold, I have taught you commandments and judgments, even as Yahuah Elohai commanded me, that ye should do so in the land whither ye go to possess it. 6 Guard therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear את all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people. 7 For what nation is there so great, who has Elohiym so nigh unto them, as Yahuah Elohaynu is in all things that we call upon him for? 8 And what nation is there so great, that has commandments and judgments so righteous as all this Torah, which I set before you this day? 9 Only take heed to yourself, and guard your soul diligently, lest you forget the things which your eyes have seen, and lest they depart from your heart all the days of your life: but teach them your sons, and your sons' sons;

Deuteronomy 6:24-25 (Cepher)

24 And Yahuah commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear Yahuah Elohaynu, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as it is at this day. 25 And it shall be our righteousness, if we guard to do all these commandments before Yahuah Elohaynu, as he has commanded us.

It will be YOUR WISDOM, YOUR UNDERSTANDING to do everything He commands us to do!

Its not our wisdom, but His to give if we obey His Torah!

The goal was always for the Torah to be in our hearts, thats why He says,

Deuteronomy 6:4-8 (Cepher)

4 Hear, O Yashar’el: Yahuah Elohaynu, Yahuah is one: 5 And you shall love את Yahuah Elohayka with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might. 6 And these words, which I command you this day, shall be in your heart: 7 And you shall teach them diligently unto your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up. 8 And you shall bind them for a sign upon your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes.

Now from here we can go many directions in depth, but for now, lets focus on the children. He is commanding us to teach them diligently to the children, well we see in Ezekiel 36 that Yahuah keeps His own commands;

Ezekiel 36:26-27 (Cepher)

26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new ruach will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. 27 And I will put my Ruach within you, and cause you את to walk in my statutes, and ye shall guard my judgments, and do them.

Yahuah keeps His own Torah!! Wow!!!

Now back to the Topic, you are The Temple of Yahuah, and being His Temple, He requires us to seek Him diligently and put his Torah into our hearts so we can be undefiled before Him. All this is made possible by the blood of Yahusha Ha’Mashiach and His Grace!!

But as for you, if ye prepare your hearts, so as to sow in them the fruits of the Torah, it shall protect you in that time in which El Elohiym is to shake the whole creation. Baruk Sheniy (2 Baruk) 32:1 | את Cepher

This is just one blog of many more to come about how we are the Temple and what it actually means to be the Temple and be undefiled before Yahuah.

Shalom.
