Shalom brothers and sister, today I would like to share with you how scriptures defines Wisdom and who she is.

-Sirach 1:1 All wisdom cometh from Yahuah, and is with him for ever.
-Proverbs 15:33 The fear of Yahuah is the instruction of wisdom; and before honor is humility.
-Proverbs 16:16 How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! and to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver!
-Wisdom of Solomon 7:27 And being but one, she can do all things: and remaining in herself, she maketh all things new: and in all ages entering into holy souls, she maketh them friends of Elohiym, and prophets.
-Wisdom of Solomon 7:28 For Elohiym loveth none but him that dwelleth with Wisdom.
These are only a few verses of many that show just how important Yahuahs Wisdom is!
Okay, so who is Wisdom?
The best scripture I could find defining who Wisdom is are theses;
-Sirach 24:1-9
1 Wisdom shall praise herself, and shall glory in the midst of her people.
2 In the congregation of the most High shall she open her mouth, and triumph before his power.
3 I came out of the mouth of the most High, and covered the earth as a cloud.
4 I dwelt in high places, and my throne is in a cloudy pillar.
5 I alone compassed the circuit of heaven, and walked in the bottom of the deep.
6 In the waves of the sea and in all the earth, and in every people and nation, I got a possession.
7 With all these I sought rest: and in whose inheritance shall I abide?
8 So the Creator of all things gave me a commandment, and he that made me caused my tabernacle to rest, and said, Let thy dwelling be in Jacob, and thine inheritance in Israel.
9 He created me from the beginning before the world, and I shall never fail.
Id like to focus on verse 9 here, "He CREATED me from THE BEGINNING BEFORE THE WORLD, and I shall NEVER fail. So Wisdom is being described as someone who is created before the world, who never fails.
Now, we see in John 1:1-5
IN the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with את Elohiym, and Elohiym was the Word.
The same was in the beginning with את Elohiym.
All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made.
In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
And the light shines in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
We see a parallel here with Wisdom, and The Word. Both Where in the beginning before the rest of creation! If we go back to Sirach 24:3,
I came out of the mouth of the most High, and covered the earth as a cloud.
This is found also in Genesis 1:1-2
IN the beginning Elohiym created את the heavens and את the earth.
And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Ruach (Spirit of) Elohiym moved upon the face of the waters.
Although the wording is not exact, the thought being portrayed is.
Lets look at Sirach 24:4
I dwelt in high places, and my throne is a cloudy pillar.
Exodus 13:21- And Yahuah went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night:
Once again, not exact wording across the board, but the thought and imagery is.
So we see the similarities between The Word, and Wisdom. They seem to be the same!
These are just a couple of parallels you will find in Scripture between Wisdom, and The Word.
Here is one more to really drive home that Wisdom is The Word of Yahuah
-Sirach 1:4-5
Wisdom has been created before all things, and the understanding of prudence from everlasting.
The Word of El Elyon is The Fountain of Wisdom; and her ways are everlasting.
-John 4:14
But whosoever drinks of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
I can continue to show more parallels between Wisdom and The Word aka Messiah, which I will be doing in more posts, because I believe it is important for us to obtain Yahuahs Wisdom.
Forgive me for the short posts, as I learn to better put my studies together they will improve and be longer. Until then, I hope what I share helps you in your walk and blesses you in your journey with our Creator, our Messiah, Yahusha Ha'Mashiach! Amen!
